“Honestly so so good. Staff are lovely, and as far as I know, every order is made on the spot. It seemed very very fresh. The standout thing about this sushi is the seaweed actually. I watched a show lately where they mentioned how chewier seaweed is better quality- and Iro’s seaweed on the maki was so delicious and chewy. The salmon tastes fresh with good texture, no gooiness or sliminess and it wasn’t smelling. Prices are very reasonable for high quality healthy food. Will be buying from here much more often.”

“Phoned on the off chance they could deliver to Go Ape the day before the party and they did! Order booked, time confirmed and even went as far confirming exact pin drop location. Great pizza, lovely chips which they left unsalted as knew they were for kids but provided sachets of salt, pepper and garlic dip. Absolutely nailed it. 10 kids, 2 adults, 6 pizzas - all delighted. “Visited for my mine and my partners anniversary this evening and it was amazing! Upon arrival we were greeted with a happy and lovely manner. The gentleman who seated us (I believe he was the manager) was so welcoming and wished us a happy anniversary. As we got to the table there was a lovely card wishing us again a happy anniversary which was so nice, as they did not have to do that and it meant a lot to us. Once we were sat, a lovely young lady came to take our orders and she was very sweet and so attentive. Our food came swiftly and tasted delicious, I definitely recommend the homemade sausage roll for a starter. My partner had the whitebait which was huge! Overall would definitely recommend the black horse as everything was perfect :)”

“The staff were very helpful, and just really polite, patient, and professional, and made our stay relatively relaxed stress free *(we had a 6 month old with us upon writing this). Even though this place was busy with families enjoying Legoland, it's quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. They get busy at the weekends and half terms by looks of it, and the very helpful staff members were keeping us regularly up to date with when our food is coming. “The most delicious food I’ve had in a long time and at a very reasonable price for where they’re situated. I needed something to eat whilst staying in my hotel and it was between this place and the M&S Simply Food in the BP across the road. I am so happy I chose this place! I bought the Turkish Kebab Wrap and a bag of pakoras, they were both divine. The pakoras were the size of my fist almost and there were four of them. The wrap came with sumac, bell pepper, red onion, herbs and spices and it was so satiating and satisfying to eat. I also tried a rose flavoured Faluda drink to wash it all down and it was refreshing and smooth. The service was perfect, polite and swift. Truly a little gem of a place and if I’m ever in the area again I’ll definitely be paying a visit.”

“Unreal hotel. My mom and I stayed 1 night here on our UK road trip. The property is gorgeous, the hotel itself is crazy beautiful. Every person who worked there was so nice to the both of us. I even got nice room upgrade to a cute suite. The bed was comfortable, the room was cozy and the shower was amazing. We love a waterfall shower. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast in the morning was delicious too!”

“My favourite is the spit roast chicken with chips. Comes with garlic mayo and a spicy chunky salsa sauce. Chips are very unusual, sometimes they're chunky, sometimes they're very skinny but it reminds me of home-made, rustic food and I think it's very cute. Definitely recommend trying this place for a simple, tasty, filling and affordable meal.”
