“I started here as a driver on 4th February. I almost didn’t show up for the interview after reading the reviews online, however I decided to go and make my own mind up and make my own decisions. This was by far the best thing I’ve ever done, as soon as I got in for the interview I was told how it’s a family run business and from the word go I’ve never felt anything less than like being part of the family. I absolutely love my job. The days can be long but there’s no heavy lifting involved, no unloading process you have to do. I tell people now the hardest part of my job is pulling my curtains back for the customer to unload me. All the managers are great with you if you have a problem. When you get back from your route you always have a laugh and a joke with the management. All the drivers are super friendly too. The day I started a few different drivers came over. Introduced themselves and said if I have any problems then go find them and they’ll be happy to help. I guess that’s all you can from a job. Rate of pay is very good. The structure and system works very well. I’ve never been in a job where I’ve been so happy and genuinely get up in the mornings without a care that I have to go to work. I love it.”
