At all times they communicated their findings and gave accurate time frames as to when the car would be ready. I've used them in several occasions and cannot fault the service they have provided. He created an access hole for the electrician to fit a new fan then made and fitted a lovely cover to hide it. It looks great”

“I needed new wiper blades for my 2017 Renault Captur and had been told by two well known national service organisations that they could not get the correct items and that Renault had probably changed the spec. I contacted Wilson spares department and explained my problem to Owen. He found the parts and reserved them for me. I went there next day, the parts were waiting and a techie fitted them in a few minutes. Obviously there had been no change in spec. Excellent service from what was clearly a very busy department.”
