Well worth waiting for as he’s busy, which isn’t surprising considering the care and attention he pays to the clearing of the gutters and down pipes. He was also incredibly helpful with advice about the roof etc, easy to talk to, and truly goes that extra mile to do a great job. The before and after photos, which he emailed immediately afterwards, are an extra bonus and an added reassurance that the job has been done professionally and fully. “Decided to try this independent over a main dealer to service a Ford car. Really helpful on the phone and the same can be said for when I attended. I had a major service done, fairly priced and all done in about 3 hours, including a wash and vac. I wasn’t expecting this from an independent (albeit affiliated to Ford), as many do not wash etc after service. The car was collected like it had been valeted. It smelt great inside (I’d like to know what they used)…. Really good job Jackson’s - good old fashioned service, delivered in a contemporary way.”
