He coordinated his next visit once all the bits had arrived and did an excellent job fitting them. He is extremely courteous, friendly, professional and helpful. He explained everything he was doing and sought my input when needed. He went above and beyond - advising and helping with a couple of other things in the house. I have absolutely no doubt about him being at the top of my list of plumbers to call or recommend!”

“Superb service, we were after a new kitchen (summer 2020) and were walking through Sevenoaks where we saw their shop, after calling to book a introduction meeting we were paired with Ben who helped us to design our perfect kitchen, we had some pretty unique requests such as bench seating and boiler covering cupboards but Ben worked through this and we managed to see the kitchen in VR (which really brought it to life) after confirming everything this was booked in with their fitting team (who were amazing, clean and tidy and worked around our extension builders) everything was communicated well and the project was completed on time. There were a few small hiccups along the way (covid and suppliers) but Schmidt were excellent keeping us up to date and chasing these for us. Not as cheap as some other options but its true you get what you pay for, the the quality of the kitchen and service of the fitters and Schmidt managing the project are worth the extra. Cannot recommend highly enough and know where I will be going when we decide to update our bedroom furniture.”

“i have been to vets4pets 2 times now and each time i have been welcomed in and made to feel very comfortable, the receptionist is so kind and lovely along with all of the vets to, i was 15 mins late to my appointment and they still managed to see me straight away, the prices are excellent (totally recommend the health care plan to anyone - £10 a month) - it covers flee & worming tablets each month, check ups, injections, discounts, ive only had to pay a additional charge of £10 for my cats microchip! but totally recommended this vets - my 3 dogs are also getting moved from medi vets to vets4pets in sevenoaks as all the staff care for animals and respect all customers!”

“Always fancied a hot tub but was not sure about cost and keeping clean and what chemicals we required ect. After talking to Janice about the does and donts we went ahead and purchased one. From the sale to the installation it all went very smooth and the installation team explained about the chemicals and the settings for the hot tub. Glad we purchased it and its great to chill in of a evening watching the stars with a glass of wine. The running cost is about £25 a month peanuts for the enjoyment, and the grand kids love it.”

“It is such a shame when someone trashes the business and staff that you are so proud of.  Our ladies did not scratch their floor, nor their stone fireplace.   We showed the pictures to a flooring  / stone expert who said that it was unlikely that the scratches were caused by a hover as considerable force would have needed to have been applied.  Never-the-less as a good will gesture we offered to pay for part of it.  Although that offer was withdrawn when this message and a similar one was posted on facebook.  To say I got aggressive is just not true, I was out of the country and my Office manageress handled it all.  If you would like more about this please feel free to contact me.  I have transcripts of all the calls and emails to and from my office to substantiate the above.”

Even though I wasn’t at fault, I’ve heard so many horror stories from friends that I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. I’m so glad that all my fears turned out to be entirely unfounded.
