“I bought a used Mercedes GLA 2 weeks ago for my daughter but found out later when it was delivered that the cigarette lighter was not working . She wanted to connect her dashcam to that socket but could not do it because it was faulty . I contacted several garages like Halfords , Kwikfit but none could help because they said they don’t have an auto electrician on site . My car warranty company suggested another garage called Courtwood car services in Uxbridge where l live. I contacted the garage and they suggested taking my car in the following Saturday and they can look at it when they will be less busy. My daughter took the car in to the garage and was told to have a coffee in the Chimes shopping precinct while they checked the faulty cigarette socket. Within a short time she was contacted and the faulty lighter socket was fixed. As we suspected it was just a blown fuse as no other parts of the car was affected electrically. We were charged a norminal amount for the work done. We were impressed with the friendliness and professional ism of the person who dealt with us even though we were not regular customers. This garage will have our business in future and the potential for more business as we have 3 cars in our family . In times of need and when other garages can’t help, do try Courtwood car services .”

“I’ve used Fast Lane on a few occasions now and each time I’ve been very pleased with any works done, hence why I always return. I had recently needed their services to repair body and paint damage to my car, and when I took it down I was given a quote before any work was done and I was fitted in promptly. The work only took a couple of days which was shorter than the timescale estimated as Matt knew I needed the car back ASAP. When I came to collect the car it had been Valeted inside and out and I was extremely satisfied with the finish on the job, it was like new. “My experience of this taxi service was wonderful (Uxbridge branch). They didn't raise any issues with me taking my pet into the car, the telephone communications were very prompt and efficient, I was updated by text to confirm booking and driver's destination, and the driver was very professional - arrived ahead of schedule (which was particularly important as I was on a deadline) and was very friendly - most would not tolerate a whining pet in their car!
