Then I found Alessio through an Italian influencer who gets her hair coloured in the most amazing shades of pink, and I had to give it another shot! I've been to Kensington Hair Boutique a couple of times now, and each time it's been such a great experience: both Alessio and Federico are really amazing at making you feel relaxed and at home! Alessio is a real artist when it comes to balayage and gave my hair (black Asian hair) these beautiful warm caramel, sun-kissed shades! He's now my go-to hairdresser in London, and I cannot recommend him enough!”

“Hair by Georg is the best person I have ever had touch my hair! I have been going to Georgia for 3/4 years now and she is honestly amazing. I have had balayage, highlights, cut and blow dry's and the outcome is always exactly what I want and she makes me feel so great. Georgia also did my wedding hair in May 2021 as well as my mum and 3 bridesmaids. I felt so beautiful with my classic up do low bun and she even waited around until I got dressed and helped put in my veil! Was so grateful for her doing that. My bridesmaids loved their curly low pony tails as well and we all got so many lovely comments from guests. She really made me feel so beautiful and I will never forget it. Georgia is so professional and friendly, you can chat away about anything to her because she makes you feel so at ease and comfortable. “Where do I begin?! I’ve wanted to cut my sons hair for a while but I was very fussy when it came to deciding on a barber as it would be his first haircut. I was recommended to Mitch by a friend & he did not disappoint. My son is 2 years old, HE DOES NOT SIT STILL FOR ANYONE but Mitch made that happen! I've gone to cheap places for years and shellac has always left my nails weak and ruined. Chris has kept my nails strong even after shellac and takes great care to give clients a personalised experience! Support small businesses!”

“If you’re considering going here for your nails, I couldn’t recommend it more. I messaged Felisa (founder) in 2020 from a suggested instagram post because I wanted to purchase a nail treatment for a friend. The communication was brilliant, accommodating and kind. I then went first for myself in 2022 and haven’t looked back. Hands down the best nail artist out there and I won’t go anywhere else. Felisa cares so much about doing a good job and makes you feel at ease throughout the process. Obviously the nails are also always banging!!”

“Such an amazing experience. Nina is so sweet and I got my facial done for the first time in my life and she was guiding me what’s best for my skin without making me feel insecure or uncomfortable. I am so amused with my experience cause my face is glowing and my skin feels so healthy and fresh. Also, the environment is so cosy and warm with light music and dim lights. I had the best facial massage and head massage. She is there to guide you through it. She didn’t ask me to visit her every month but asked me to be gentle with my skin and get it done every 3-4 months which is very sweet of her. “If you want only the best for your furry friends, then this is the place to take them. With only 6 suites, you can be confident that your cats will be getting a lot of love and attention and this is demonstrated in the regular updates and photos that Gabriela sends. They arguably get more treats and attention while holidaying here than they do at home! One of the main reasons we first went with Longcroft Kenley was due to one of our cats needing sub-cutaneous fluids administering during their stay. Gabriela was only too happy to do so and took the time to learn the process and apply it confidently. When he had a small episode during his stay, Gabriela was calm and informative throughout, using her own initiative to manage the problem and giving me the confidence that he was in good hands, significantly reducing the stress of being away while he was unwell. In my experience (since we buy the top tier "all-inclusive" package for their stays) it works out at about twice what we would pay at a normal cattery but you are getting 5 times the service for that price and I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else now.”
