In between visits Anna gives me exercises to help me so I don't need to book as many appointments. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable.... I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.”

“Absolutely the best coffee shop around. Food is great, there are always a selection of freshly homemade cakes and treats plus a couple of quality savory items to chose from. The coffee drinks are excellent, they rival any of the great independent coffee shops in central London. The best thing about this place is the way it feels. It’s only little (as the name says) but it has a warm, lovely, homey, authentic vibe. (In normal times) there’s always a rotating crowd of people at the tables inside and outside, chatting and enjoying their neighborhood. When I moved to the area I found it hard to get know people but I always felt welcome here, wound up meeting the owners and lots of other patrons and got to learn a little more about the area thanks to the owners’ commitment to engaging with the wider community. Although they have been delivery only for the Covid period the tasty treats and warm vibes are still present. I can’t wait to be back in the shop again soon!”

“This is an excellent practice. Chris was quick to suggest I visited a specialist straight away for a diagnosis rather than having a lengthy course of treatment first and then referring me on. Chris's initial thoughts on the condition proved to be spot on and his early advice to seek a specialist opinion and scan meant the issue was identified and solved quickly through a surgical procedure saving me weeks of inconvenience. Chris's post operative physio was targeted and effective and I believe played a crucial role in making a speedy recovery from knee surgery. All in all, thoroughly recommended.”

“I know that when I leave my cats here, they are in the care of people who absolutely love cats. I know that my cats are not only fed and watered in immaculate chalets but are also stroked, brushed and given toys to comfort and play with. The owners are so friendly and will do anything to accommodate with regards to meet cats needs and arranging pickup and drop off times.
