“This was a while ago but I thought because I went in today I should write the review for last time because I should of very nervous as I haven't been to a barber shop really before only ones however they were very nice and polite I know exactly what they're doing conversation was flowing eased my nervousness I was actually enjoying my barbershop visit which I wasn't expecting to. the actual haircut was amazing and looked great throughout and only showed Johnny what I wanted through pictures and he deciphered and and made my haircut look good to my head . “I have been using Vidals for over 35 years, Manuel and Debbie are experts in their field, their attention to detail is second to none, giving you their undevided attention and delivering the perfect haircut which is never rushed even when they are busy. They are also excellent and very patient with children, my grandsons love going here for their hairstyles and the lollipop afterwards is a nice gesture. “I was at salon on Saturday awaiting patiently when negative review lady arrived. I was sitting waiting to have my hair done. So there was someone there and 2 people had just left. Therefore the hairdresser hadn’t had time to sweep up properly. Lady was apologised too and asked if she had time to wait. After saying yes she asked how long!!!! When advised 30 minutes she walked out muttering I’ve waited 3 weeks for a haircut. Obviously not true regarding her negative comment which says she’s been waiting a week..... I felt she was extremely rude and obnoxious..... And also there is no pay for parking in area for a Saturday ....... I feel this is totally unfair review I had a lovely appointment, and was happy to wait for my appointment.”
