As a salon rookie I did lots of research before booking and had read excellent reviews online and articles about The Chapel and felt like it would be the best salon for me. I really enjoyed the experience as everyone was really welcoming from Sarah who greeted me to Sasha who did my hair today. I felt really pampered and cared for with the excellent customer service and beverages to the consultation I had before my haircut. Sasha did a fantastic job and I will be returning in the future. Mustafa (apologies if I spelt that wrong) was incredible, it was almost as if he knew telepathically when we needed something and he was there, attentive and jovial. And I haven't even started on the food. The food was exactly what I expected, cooked to perfection! All the produce was high quality and worth every penny. I will definitely be going back soon!!!”

I had avoided going to a dentist for years, I am also an apprehensive patient and in a dentists chair had earlier suffered sweating and increased blood pressure, but with Natallia for the first time found a dentist with sympathy and care, such that my worries disappeared. Natallia had carried out a root canal procedure with such care on a rear tooth and which had been causing problems for a very long time, it is I understand a complicated procedure. I was delighted with her work and felt no pain at all since, and my fear of dentists, fortunately evaporated.. I fully recommend her, and the practice.”

“Can’t thank Kirsty enough for the puppy groom she did on Daisy today . Daisy was quite anxious and hyper when we arrived and Kirsty was brilliant with her, playing and calming her . I really didn’t expect much and was worried as we hadn’t been able to take her for any familiarising grooms and she was now 6 months old . I needn’t have worried , when I picked Daisy up not only did she look and smell amazing , she kept going back to Kirsty for cuddles and with her tail wagging . Absolutely brilliant and would recommend her to absolutely everyone .”

“I had a wonderful haircut at Sterling Hair with the lovely Sarah. This was my first appointment and Sarah took the time to find out about what I wanted my hair to be like, listened and gave good advice about what would work. I’d made the booking months ago, before the lockdown and Sarah had remembered everything we discussed on the call about my hair which I thought was very impressive. Overall they gave better customer service and a better cut and colour than what I’ve experienced from other salons in the area, and at a lower rate. I love my new hair and I will be back!”

“I had my son's 4th birthday party at the Sevenoaks Branch. We had a brilliant time and the staff were so helpful in making sure the party went smoothly. It was all set up when we arrived and they were great in making sure the table was ready with lunch on at the right time and they made sure the cake was cut and ready to hand out for us at the end. I'd highly recommend using them for a party. The kids had a fab time and by the time the party ended I was still feeling calm and stress free!”
