Looking for a bike in the local paper I found an ad for T’ai Chi. I decided for the T’ai Chi instead of the bike and it was the best decision ever ever ever taken. I have been with Kevin for over 12 years now and every weekly class is a truly enjoyment. Kevin is an outstanding instructor who explain not only every movements in detail but as well why we are doing it. Kevin’s knowledge of T’ai Chi, its movements, history, culture is outstanding. Not to mention all adds-on like Qi Qong, meditation, relaxation, weapons etc. is just top of everything.”

“This was on my bucket list so treated myself for my Birthday and dragged along three family members to experience it with me. My Wife, Son & his Partner all had a thoroughly enjoyable time and Claire our instructor was excellent. My Wife wasn't confident enough to stand although Claire did try and help when my Wife was happy to try without any pressure. My Wife ended up kneeling for the whole duration of the lesson but still had an enjoyable time. The rest of us stood from quite early on into the lesson and our confidence grew as Claire gave us some more tips which we would have taken a long time to learn had we just gone out on our own. As for me, I've booked another session with my other Son who sadly couldn't make it the first time and I am currently looking at buying my own board! “Always nice to shop there, but today I had a patron don their wannabe parking attendant hat, grilling me for having the temerity to park in a spare 'parent with child' spot. They claimed the spaces are solely for those with sprogs requiring a buggy (what are trolleys with seats are for if too lazy to carry them ?), not a child with special needs (spacial awareness, having in the past nudged another car door). I did move the car to a standard spot before collecting her from the store, allowing the aforementioned special citizens a great Sunday in their own little universe. To the other half of the wannabe parking attendant, practice with your wife on a leash when outside the house.”
