“Asda at South Harrow is the nearest supermarket I do my shopping , the staff are so nice and friendly few weeks ago I had a problem with my Asda App the gentleman helped me rot sorted out unfortunately I forgot to get his name but this morning such a lovely lady was working at self check out offered me help and she was so nice I asked her name was Aseiah hope I spelled her name correctly. “I had a video consultation in a dedicated little room in a local pharmacy. In the room were several common items that are often used to measure blood pressure etc there was also what looked like a magnifying glass presumably to assist the doctor to get a better look if required. However, in my case that was not necessary. I found the video consultation as good as in person. The screen was very clear and the treating doctor was pleasant, articulate and clearly very competent and professional. I felt very at ease and it was much less rushed than seeing my NHS GP. I really like this service and will probably adopt it as my regular GP service.”

“A lovely receptionist lady who received us when we arrived we are homeless and she went out of her way to help us to speak to our council as they had booked only for two adults and two children and she spoke personally to the council to speak to them and tell them what we needed. “We have just had a lovely lunch at The Harrow, food and service was excellent as was the coffee. The staff are friendly and looked after us really well, as it was lunch time it was a bit quieter than the evenings but suited us nicely.”

“I attended the Health Pharmacy for my booster as they are one of the few vaccination centres that offer the Astra Zeneca . I have an autoimmune disease and also suffer from anaphylaxis so I wanted to find a centre where I could have the Astra Zeneca as a booster as I had not reacted badly to my first two vaccinations and did not want to risk taking a Moderna or Pfizer vaccine as a booster as I would not know if I would react to it. . Kiran and Rupal did the appropriate checks to ascertain my conditions before administering the booster and the service and care I received was first class, with precautions taken to stay at the pharmacy for 30 minutes afterwards to ensure I did not react. Thank you.”

“Have to say the staff and customer service is absolutely top notch, super helpful and friendly people, couldn't ask for better! For the price, the pizzas are exceptionally good, vastly prefer the taste of Fat Pizza's Pizza (and quality) to Domino's, and with them constantly offering multiple free pizzas through their app on top of an already surprisingly cheap price, it's fast becoming my favourite place to order from when I get the rumblies. Good, cheap food.”
