“I was very impressed with the above and beyond service received from Sergio at the local Worcester Park Sainsbury's. Due a fault with my card I wasn't able to pay for my bags of sweets. Sergio realised there was a problem and he came over to help me. He offered to pay with his card for my shopping and I was shocked that someone is so kind and would do that!
