“This is an excellent practice. Chris was quick to suggest I visited a specialist straight away for a diagnosis rather than having a lengthy course of treatment first and then referring me on. Chris's initial thoughts on the condition proved to be spot on and his early advice to seek a specialist opinion and scan meant the issue was identified and solved quickly through a surgical procedure saving me weeks of inconvenience. Chris's post operative physio was targeted and effective and I believe played a crucial role in making a speedy recovery from knee surgery. All in all, thoroughly recommended.”

“I discovered PSM 9 months ago. I presented with multiple separate issues at first appointment with specialist medical consultant Rhodri Phillip, who took a full history to make his assessment of how best to move forward in my particular case. Rather than ordering multiple expensive tests and scans, he arranged for physiotherapy with the excellent Pierre Jason, who I must admit was great at both demonstrating and explaining any recommended exercises, engaging me to be active in my own healing, performing the recommended exercises multiple times between sessions. Pierre was also hands on with tissue manipulation to support my recovery. Taking down pain and discomfort levels significantly, and increasing range of motion. I was then handed over to another amazing practitioner, Yaad Hassan, who is continuing the unravelling, with his magic mix of soft tissue massage, the most extensive and impactful Accupuncture that I’ve ever experienced, blading, cupping etc. Yaad again is amazingly talented, has a real mixed bag of tools, a great manner and is totally engaging and passionate, delivering a great service. My journey back to being pain free continues. Having experienced many therapies and practitioners over the years, all supporting a little, I’m both happy and amazed in noticing the dramatic difference that the team at PSM have had, helping me unravel symptoms accumulated over a number of years. “Himmat changed the PSV of our old Worcester boiler which was a tricky job as the pipes had to be moved and it is a bit of an old system so some other parts also had to be ordered, Himmat didn't try to finish the job in a hurry and tested it thoroughly before handing over. I will use his services again in the future. Thank you so much.”

“After initially moving into this new house we quickly discovered vast amounts of improvements needed with the plumbing and everything. I got in contact through their website and Lee pretty much instantly messaged me back. Just to give you an idea of what we needed to do, a new gas boiler, a new radiator, needed to bleed all the radiators, some of the pipe work was done incorrectly and wasn't on a pressurised system. Mark was the main man who came round twice for the whole day working tirelessly, completing everything up to such a high standard plus just an absolutely lovely guy. Lee the owner was also so quick to respond and organise everything for us. I cannot recommend this company more even today the person fitting the new radiator was so good.”
