“People need to be realistic instead of complaining , it’s a car parts suppliers so why do you have such high expectations , your paying next to nothing for your parts , they are all Chinese Japanese imports , the counter and warehouse staff are all on minimum wage so how can you expect them to be overly enthusiastic ? There is always a long que because these places are understaffed because the upper management are cutting costs so the poor chaps in the workshop are getting overworked to the point they give up and do what they can .
