“Twickenham Veterinary Surgery offer a really personal service. I like it because it is not a chain of surgeries. Mostly the vets have been there a long time and you get to know them, so they know you and your pets. When one of my cats was run over and killed, one of the vets rang me to say how sorry she was. I was really touched. I feel I can trust their recommendations and they will make sure treatment is really necessary and not offered to make money. It's not my nearest vets, but well worth going out of your way to join them.”

“Nigel has been absolutely amazing with our dog Paddy- he was nervous and reactive towards other dogs he didn’t know since lockdown started, before he started to regularly go to WTDC. Within a few weeks he was beginning to learn to interact positively with other dogs and his confidence has increased, he loves the company of other dogs now and actively engages in play instead of trying to dominate. Nigel has the utmost respect and priorities in place, he understands and cares about the dogs he looks after and it’s so comforting to know that paddy now enjoys going to day care. We totally trust Nigel and are so grateful for the effort he has put in with building Paddy’s confidence and character - Nigel Is reliable and trustworthy and I have no hesitation in recommending him.”

We were initially very nervous to leave Maggie with anyone, but Kelly has always been incredibly professional and reassuring. We get video updates through the day and Kelly always tests the temperaments of new dogs before them joining the group walks. Kelly’s pricing is fair and transparent and she is as flexible as possible when it comes to pick up and drop off times etc. Maggie is always incredibly excited to see Kelly and I think that’s the best vote of confidence in her!”

“Best service ever. Bit expensive compare to other supermarkets that's because they show case lots of other brands rather than Tesco own brand. Paid parking after 10 to 4.30 on the main road. Self service attandant which you won't see in any other Tesco . Quite busy after 5 in the evening due to trains . Staff is helpful and have knowledge of different options. Produce section is always full and lots of reduced items daily.”
