“We first came across the wonder that is John Fitzpatrick when he was working within the NHS and boy were we were very lucky to find John. My husband had suffered a severe road accident injury and we were advised by the surgeon that he would never get full range of motion back. Thanks to the dedication and detremination of John, my husband surpassed all expectations, the best day ever was when he walked into see John on crutches and came out later with just a walking stick. We have been to John a few times over the years and he has always managed to sort out our injuries, strains ans sprains. I would not hesitate to recomend John and the other Physios at tbe practice.”

“This afternoon I was recommended to call Sutton Appliances to replace my broken washing machine (that couldn't be fixed). I called them at 2pm. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so helpful. I ordered the machine, Cliff kindly came 2 hours later and delivered and fitted the new machine and has taken the old one away. Cliff was friendly, polite and thorough. It is very rare nowadays to find people who work to such high standards and deliver amazing customer care - at Sutton Appliances you definitely get this. I am so grateful for their whole service . She gave me such good advice about my face shape, hair quality, what style would suit me, advised me about the right haircut that would suit my hair texture when it’s wet or dry. I actually felt like she listened to what I needed and didn’t just do what I tell her. Made me feel heard, this woman. Vicky was just so nice and sweet, and cut my hair perfectly. “I used GES a couple of weeks ago when I was moving out of my flat. It was like an end of tenancy clean, except I was moving out of my flat and new owners were moving in. I needed some cleaners at short notice (about 4 days before moving out), and I was so glad that they were able to do it at such short notice! The communication and quote ahead of the day were really good. I had two people from GES come round to clean, and they were brilliant. It wasn’t easy because they were having to do the cleaning despite the removals process having taken longer than anticipated) - they were great, and good-humoured about it. They did a really, really fantastic job of cleaning, it was exactly what I needed, and really really helped make my moving out process so much easier. Highly recommended!!!”
