“We have always enjoyed a Sunday dinner at Miller and Carter! The staff is really friendly, service is quick! Food is amazingly delicious! I am really impressed by the duck they offer - it’s a must try! The atmosphere is cosy. We tried their cocktails - they were also okay. Parking is available - all you have to do is register your car when entering the restaurant. If you are a fan of steak - then this is the right place for you!”

“I recently had the pleasure of trying the pizzas from Woodhouse Pizza, and I am so glad that I did! The pizza was some of the best I have ever had - the fresh ingredients made the pizza taste amazing, and the bread base was really delicious. “A local gem! South Woodford best kept secret - a lovely brunch spot with delicious food and great atmosphere. We will be back! This time we tried poached eggs on avocado toast (they were amazing) and steak baguette (one of the best hot sandwiches we have had in London). For sides we had frites and halloumi - both delicious (honestly, a simple side dish but worth mentioning given how good it was!)”

The chicken was extremely soft and juicy, the lamb chops and lamb sish were cooked to perfection and the Adana had interesting herbs. Overall the meat was very juicy. I’d recommend mixed grill as the main and the Hummus with Lamb as the starters. Also their garlic and Chili sauce was very good!”

“Mainly posted as I thought the guy moaning about fruit and veg being dropped on the floor was hilarious - it grows outside and often in the ground! What’s the difference once it’s been peeled / cooked… just wash it like you should do anyway - don’t waste it! I find the staff are ok, wouldn’t say friendly but not rude by any means either. Great stock of spices and random beans and grains that I often can’t find in the supermarket. And lots of fresh fruit and veg which is handy midweek between supermarket shops.”
