“Had a great experience at Apna Des. It was late night and they were about to close but they were kind enough to serve as as their last customers for the day. Ordered Chicken Karahi and chicken biryani and got the suggestion for Garlic naan which was really amazing. Both of the main courses were lovely, loved the quantity too. Staff was really helpful specially Annie, kudos to her. Overall: 9/10 Definitely going back very soon”

“Went to this amazing restaurant in the neighbourhood. I always prefer to eat meat but this time this vegetarian restaurant served the purpose very well. I ordered Aloo Piyaz thali with sweet lassi and everything was on point. The kind lady from staff was very helpful. Ambience was great with good choice of punjabi music. Garlic Chilli chicken was fantastic as was the mixed grill. The Manager was helpful and offered great service too.”

In today's climate that is well priced and considering it is a High St location I think great value for money. Parking on the road outside too. They have 5 stars scores on the door rating which made me want to try it. Under new owners from when I went years ago and they know what they're doing. Will definitely go again.”

Food was served hot.we had sauté chicken which came in a thick gravey and stake chips. The meat was lovely and lean, family enjoyed the doner also tried cheese burgers which were very similar to McDonald’s taste!
