“I think the Christmas dinner and prawn cocktail was great, the waffle was also good too, the salad bar very fresh and the staff was attentive. The ingredients were extremely fresh and would recommend anyone to go. The festive menu is at a good price - £18”

“My local shop. Lovely staff. Always helpful and friendly. Lots of different foods on offer and they also have a take-out as you enter where you can get hot snacks, coffees, bacon sarnies or rolls. They also have freshly baked croissants and baguettes and breads as well as Danish pastries. They sell wines and spirits too and always have special offers. The ATM at the back of the store is free. They don't have trolleys, only baskets. Was my local shop but I have now moved to Dorset.”

“Amazing Pizza and amazing team! Completely agree with all of the reviews on here. We ordered a small pepperoni and a large sausage and onion pizza and they were both superb. Really nice crusts and full of flavour. Tom and the staff were really friendly and accommodating when I picked the order up. I'll definitely be coming back. It's great to have such a high quality pizzeria in Bushey.”

“Ordered a take away for family and friends last Friday. The food was delicious: lovely vegetarian/paneer dish, tasty side dishes (not overcooked as can often be the case) and a tender lamb bhuna for my wife. Peshwari naans were soft and puffy. We also got a discount for picking up our order. Will definitely get our Indian/Bengali food here in the future.”

“With their new evening menu and opening times on Friday and Saturday, this lovely little cafe has produced great evening food, the pork chops were amazing and the homemade sauce really made the meal! Homemade caramel for pudding and I am well and truly spoilt! Highly recommend it!”

“Fantastic place for dinner! Went for a private event and food and service was at top notch standards. This local eatery managed to not only serve everyone's food promptly, but also wonderfully cooked and beautifully presented. Which is no mean feat when the entire restaurant is booked out and everyone is offering off the menu! There were friendly staff constantly offering drinks, and checking if we needed anything. They did this in an unobtrusive way and always with a smile. Toilets were clean and tidy. Parking was fine and there is a local car park less then 5 mins walk away.”

“I recently visited Mabel's Vintage Tearooms with a group of friends, vegetarians and one vegan. Nobody missed out. Everyone was well catered for. The sandwiches, scones and cakes/desserts were absolutely delicious and fresh. They also had beautiful gardens to stroll around. Service was brill. I would def recommend. FYI no walk ins, needs to be booked in advance”

“We went to the store yesterday to buy a tank and various essentials/accessories to prepare for my daughters first small pet fish. They had a great variety of products including lots of well-known character ornaments to put into the tank. The staff in aquatics were very helpful and ensured we got everything set up correctly for the fish we planned to buy the following day. Very informative and friendly. Today we took our daughter to choose the fish. The staff member, Matt, served us and he was amazing with my 5 year old daughter. He went out of his way to choose specific fish for her so she could tell the difference between them and was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much for making my daughters day! Went back a week later to get more fish and two shrimp. This time served by another gentleman with brown hair. He was really helpful and amazing at his job. Very informative about every aspect of the shrimp and fish. Thank you again for your help!”

“Olivio's never disappoints! The staff are friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much for them. The ambience is very cosy and comfortable. The food is always finger licking good, portion size is always on the generous size and our plates are so clean you can see your reflection! As an added bonus you can bring your own alcohol! “Popped in for a quick lunch on a freezing Friday. Only one member of staff behind the bar and ferrying food, but she did a brilliant job and was extremely friendly. Food was surprisingly good and while not 'cheap', I think it was worth it. Not busy for a Friday lunch, which is a little worrying. I hope to visit again soon.”

“Pleasantly surprised by this hidden little cafe inside King George Recreation Ground. Food was surprisingly good quality. Cooked breakfast is big and delicious, scrambled eggs come with salad and pitta bread. Coffee was good. It's spacious inside with lots of heavy wooden table and chairs. Also dog friendly. Recommended!”

I was nicely surpriced of the place as prior to my visit i used the delievry service only. Service that impressed me for the speed that the food has been delivered with, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the driver. I am highly recommended this service for both, dinning in and take away.”

“The best fish and chips in Watford. It's a shame the rating system only allows me to go to 5 because this is easily a 6 star restaurant. Delivery time within 30 minutes. Not only do I think both the fish and chips are divine, but they are consistently delicious every time I order. No other restaurant has ever been this consistent. There are a lot of fish and chip restaurants, but this is the one you should be ordering from. Many thanks, will order again soon.”
