“We went to Sidra today with my 11 months old baby, even though it was busy lunch time service and tables were reserved for group of guests, the owner was so kind to offer us a table. The food is always so flavoursome, it definitely makes me feel so welcome! Highly recommend to everyone who lives in or visit Teddington to come to this lovely restaurant, you won’t be disappointed! :)”

“Cosy interior with fireplace ideal for an indulgent hot chocolate. Good choice of beers on tap. Unique large outdoor space right by the river Thames. Women's toilets are very glam! A quality venue.”

“Chose this restaurant as I'd seen positive reviews on a local facebook group about their hygiene and safety during lockdown as well as some enthusiastic reviews of the food. 100% recommend. The food was fantastic, full of flavour and arrived hot and fresh. (Not overheated to appear hot at delivery like some places) The vegetable dishes had as much care taken over them as the meat dishes and the portions were generous. Very reasonably priced! The deliveroo estimate of the delivery time was accurate and whilst longer then most was definitely worth the wait and both the staff and delivery driver were very friendly despite being clearly busy. Definitely order again thanks guys!”

“I always love Obon's sushi and sashimi. Now I found the grill dishes are also great!! Obon Teddington is available for lunch from Tuesday to Saturday and we are very happy with their lunch sets.”

“The Boathouse Design Studio is a brilliant working hub sat on the Thames in a great historic building. The owners have done a great job making it an appealing and relaxed environment, and visitors are always impressed! Not to mention the Flying Cloud Cafe outside which is perfect for a coffee and a bite to eat with nice scenery.”

“Travelled an hour to this amazing place for proper sushi! Great food, great selection of sushi and traditional Japanese meal, and they use such high quality fish! Highly recommended dishes, the beef sushi roll, and mixed selection. We will be back.”

“We loved Parsnips - smiley service and great coffee. The crepe menu has something for everyone - we went for a sweet and a savoury option, both were delicious and very generous in size. We'll definitely be back as the cakes and bread looked excellent too (in fact, we also bought a couple of the olive breadsticks - highly recommend).”

“There was a great atmospheric production. Loved the ark work around the aesthetic brick panelling. The service was exceptional and I loved the uniform the incredible staff were wearing. The water made me feel like I was on top of the world. It was beautifully iced. Sumaya was our lovely waitress who served us amazingly. Thank you pizza express!”

“I have been trying really hard to eat more vegetables and to lose weight - it's now become much easier since discovering the Bowl & Roll! I love the decor, and atmosphere of the store. The staff are really good at suggesting combinations that will work well together. I probably eat here 3 days a week, if not in person then through Deliveroo and it helps me not feel like I am on a diet. Just LOVE it! Open more please:)”

“While I think the initial reaction was 'another coffee shop? at least it's not an estate agent' for most people in Teddington, Local Hero being a new addition to the high street is a dream. They've played into the fact that they're a coffee shop, and not a brunch/dinner/lunch place, and the focus on great coffee pays off with consistently great coffee. (although the pastries and small bites really are great too!) Family run with two other places in SW London, there's a range of different coffees, with all your usual oat/soy/alternative milk, with LH's house roast that makes for a great espresso - one of the only places in the area you can have a magic too (think flat white, but punchier!) Add on friendly and welcoming staff, and Local Hero is a winner for anything from a morning wake up call through to meeting a friend for a chat over a great tasting coffee. They're also dog friendly, which is a huge plus!”

“Wonderful dim sum, high quality and perfectly fresh, cooked and executed. A bit pricey - probably 1.7x of London Chinatown prices, but obviously convenient for those that live close to the area. Do yourself a favour and order the salted egg custard buns”
