“I had the most pleasant experience in Clarkes Wembley outlet and this is all down to Heather . For the first time , I received red carpet treatment - Heather helped me chose the right pair of shoes and even went the extra mile to check out the back to see if they had my size in store. This blew me away given I’ve been in the suite many times and when asking if they could check out the back for my size if it wasn’t displayed - the short answer I received if it’s not on the display shelf, we don’t have them. Heather , fine her job exceptionally well & proved the theory wrong as my size was out the back - last pair - I was lucky and very grateful to Heather . She helped me with the sizing, gave me the sound advice, ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority snd nothing was too difficult . I ended up buying two pairs of shoes as a result of the service provided by Heather . Overall, Heather is a valuable asset to Clarkes - she is polite, professional, knowledgeable with the best customer care values and equally stroke s good rapport - I felt like a queen - old school ways are hard to beat svd find these days.
