Matt Ryan was very professional and always took time to understand my problem and to listen. I always felt that my treatment was beneficial and any advice that I was given was appropriate and has helped me in the interim and longer term. “Both my son's have attended Stars In Worcester park from the age of 9 months old. I have always been extremely happy with how the staff nurture my children. Leaving your baby with someone for the first time is always nerve wracking but Stars not only care for the children but are good at supporting us as parents too. Both my children have allergies, which the team at Stars take very seriously and ensure they carry out my wishes and stick to action plans. My children have made good progress here in the warm, fun environment that has been created. My eldest son graduated from Stars in July 2019 and is now thriving at primary school. I believe that Stars laid down good foundations for him in the way of following routines and becoming familiar with numeracy and literacy. He is articulate and confident and I believe that this was developed during his time at nursery. The team are professional with clear practices and procedures. A very happy mum.”

I was given honest advice and my opinions were taken into consideration too. Amy was so reassuring and welcoming. I was given a drink and some biscuits- always a treat! “Finding steak houses can be difficult most of the time we're faced with a rubbery steak and a hefty bill. Well Millen & Carter despite being a chain it did not disappoint. I enjoyed a lovely lunch with a party of 4 we ordered 16oz ribeye which was cooked to expectation, the triple cooked chips was on point and the lettuce wedge and crispy onion was a surprise in a good way. Millen & Carter offers a good selection of cuts and additional add on from lobster tail to prawns. The menu boasts a wide variety to tailor for non steak fans from chicken , fish to vegetarian option. The staff was great very attentive and smiley besides the slightly long wait for my food I throughly enjoyed the steak abd definitely will return.”

The environment feels safe as they are taking all necessary precautions being in the midst of the covid-pandemic, keeping numbers low at any time and staff all wearing masks.
