"Finding a counsellor that feels ‘right’ for you can be a daunting process especially when you are feeling vulnerable and anxious. From my first interaction with Jo; the initial contact and chat to the first and ongoing sessions, Jo has been calm, reassuring and authentic. Jo creates an environment where I feel safe and heard, this has given me the space and comfort to explore my relationships with others, my difficult personal history, bereavement and trauma that isn’t obvious but was affecting my wellbeing.
