“I went to Asda pharmacy yesterday and was very impressed by one young lady called Roxanne who was very understanding, patient, kind and helpful as she took the time to help me and took great care of me and gave me good advice of how to manage my condition and help to reduce the symptoms. She was very patient and understanding towards me and very knowledgeable I was treated with kindness and respect and I saw that she does her job from the heart and has care and compassion for other people and their well-being.”
