“We went to the store yesterday to buy a tank and various essentials/accessories to prepare for my daughters first small pet fish. They had a great variety of products including lots of well-known character ornaments to put into the tank. The staff in aquatics were very helpful and ensured we got everything set up correctly for the fish we planned to buy the following day. Very informative and friendly. Today we took our daughter to choose the fish. The staff member, Matt, served us and he was amazing with my 5 year old daughter. He went out of his way to choose specific fish for her so she could tell the difference between them and was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much for making my daughters day! Went back a week later to get more fish and two shrimp. This time served by another gentleman with brown hair. He was really helpful and amazing at his job. Very informative about every aspect of the shrimp and fish. Thank you again for your help!”

“My first time visiting the service department of Skoda Citygate Watford. Was greeted by Nimo, what a lovely lady, really warm, welcoming and engaging. Knew exactly what was happening to the car and said that it wouldn’t take too long to be done. 90 minutes later I got the call to say it was all done and ready to be collected. On my return, another warm welcome and greeting and had a talk about my car and if I had any issues that you know we are just a phone call away. “Ignore the 1 stars. This is a classic 2 way relationship and both parties have to Contribute for the good of their child(ren). Breakspear which is grossly underfunded goes to extreme lengths to get the most out of the kids. Despite lots of staff changes across the years it has moulded our children for the better and I see friends of our children growing into caring people. Ofsted and results speak for themselves.”
