The upmost importance is the well being of the cat and I have found them to be the most ethical and most gentle in their teachings. There are some terrible practices going on in the world of grooming cats by groomers who have little understanding of a cats unique way of seeing the world and their own grooming experience. Svetlana knows this and, therefore, teaches the ONLY way a cat should be handled and groomed. She is the best teacher out there and is a huge advocate for change within the industry.
