“We would like to say a huge thank you to Mandy and everyone at the Elm Tree pet hotel who looked after our two poodles for us whilst we were away. We could see when we came to collect them that not only had they been exceptionally well cared for but that they were exceptionally happy and had clearly had the most wonderful holiday too! We cannot emphasise how wonderful Elm Tree is - we know that our dogs are in the best possible care, Mandy loves and looks after them as though they are her own and she is outstanding when it comes to understanding dogs and knowing how to manage them. They came back clean, having been washed and groomed there too, they had lots of exercise and plenty of play sessions. We would not go on holiday without our dogs if we could not leave them with Mandy at the Elm Tree Pet Hotel.”

“First timer! I visited today at 11:30 as I have seen this place become fairly busy during the day. The cafe was clean, tidy and I thought it was well decorated. Even though it wasn't the warmest of days I felt the atmosphere inside had it's own warmth/vibe. The service was fairly fast. The food was tasty and I really liked the presentation of the English breakfast! The coffee was nice and strong as well, not watery more creamy. Overall, I rate this highly as a cafe. I would recommend to friends and family. I will be back soon :) I'll take pictures next time. As promised, here's a picture of the traditional English breakfast. It was very nice and highly recommended. The coffee is nice and strong too!”
