“Decent size, always fully stocked. I dont do a big shop here, I find them fantastic for the basics though, bread, milk, snacks, condiments. There is an awesome member of staff who is ALWAYS bubbling with life and has impeccable customer service skills, her name escapes me. She is about 5'3 with sandy blonde straight hair to her shoulders. I would poach her for my business in a heart beat but she wont be persuaded.”

Aside from the food, my preference is the delicious lamb and chicken shish combo with salad and pita bread generous enough to satisfy the hungriest, there is an upbeat positive feeling that the staff gives off topped off by the newly renovated premises. I always have the feeling when the younger customers come in after a long day, that they feel a little of the love that Bexley Charcoal Grill grill puts into making their dishes sending their customers back out into the rough in tumble world not only well fed, but cared for too. p.s. for those of you that enjoy authentic hummus and not the vile paste that you get in most supermarkets, Bexley Charcoal Grill’s hummus could be served proudly in any palace. Five stars. Highly recommend.”

“We’ve have used Adam, and his team, a couple of times over the last year when we’ve had problems with our boiler and central heating and everytime they have been fantastic. It’s fair to say both times it’s not been a straight forward job but Adam and Bradley been great at every step. They are clear and explained what they are doing at every step; honest about the options they are exploring when trying to problem solve; and committed and persistent in trying to fix the issues. Staying for as long as it needs, and even returning to our house, to get the job done. They have also both been polite, conscientious and respectful whenever they have been in our home. They would be the first people I would call if we ever have any issues in the future. Thanks for all your help.”

He was so helpful and even showed us the external water stop in case of an emergency + explained that we needed to reduce the water pressure as it was straining the old pipework. Would definitely recommend them and I would definitely use Allen & Co again”

“I go into Albany pet stop every week to buy my dog Loki some Moon bones as i don't know anywhere else local that sells them and they are his favourite, i always end up buying more for him as they have a good selection of dog treats he loves. I also buy my rabbit hay and food here. The staff are so friendly and helpful and i have never had a bad experience in here. My dog loves coming with me as he gets a good fuss and a treat as well lol.”

Honest, reliable and excellent shop that have cared for my 70's, 80's and 90's retro cars (Alfas, Golfs and Citroens) with the occasional modern model to give them a challenge. Their quality and hourly rate mean they are busy for a good reason! Highly recommended in my opinion.”

“Review of The Railway Tavern, Bexley Village. Me and wife went there for the first time, on a Sunday night in March 2022 - having heard they had karaoke. Arrived about 7.30 and it wasn't very busy so we got high chairs at the bar. DJ Duncan was already set up on a stage in the corner; he does a regular Sunday night session until 11pm. It's a bright, nicely laid out pub on the High Street, unsurprisingly round the corner from Bexley Rail Station and handy for buses including the 229. By 8.30 it was busy and by 9 it was HEAVING, mostly with the late 20's crowd but a fair few coffin dodgers (like us!) and one or two harmless weirdies. The hard working barmaids were run ragged. Great music and singers (mostly, but, well, it is karaoke!). Drink prices reasonable; £10 for a single Bacardi, a bottle of coke and a pint of Timothy Taylor Landlord (which was excellent!). A great night out. Recommended.”
