“i have been to vets4pets 2 times now and each time i have been welcomed in and made to feel very comfortable, the receptionist is so kind and lovely along with all of the vets to, i was 15 mins late to my appointment and they still managed to see me straight away, the prices are excellent (totally recommend the health care plan to anyone - £10 a month) - it covers flee & worming tablets each month, check ups, injections, discounts, ive only had to pay a additional charge of £10 for my cats microchip! but totally recommended this vets - my 3 dogs are also getting moved from medi vets to vets4pets in sevenoaks as all the staff care for animals and respect all customers!”

“I have been seeing Rachel Worall for Invisalign work and she has been to say the least, amazing! She has been on top of all my appointments during covid lockdown with minimal waiting time to be seen and managing to squeeze me in last minute when emergency work on my teeth comes up. She has been thorough and patient with me and I feel as though she has really taken care and time to make sure I am happy with my teeth. I think anyone getting this sort of treatment can be sure to be in safe hands as Rachel really does make sure that her patients are happy with the final outcome of their teeth.”

I had avoided going to a dentist for years, I am also an apprehensive patient and in a dentists chair had earlier suffered sweating and increased blood pressure, but with Natallia for the first time found a dentist with sympathy and care, such that my worries disappeared. The receptionists can never do enough for me and are always so helpful. Dr White is currently helping me and I must say she is very thorough, always calls back if I need to ask advice and i instantly felt comfortable. Thank you. Some reviews have been quite rude…. But you cannot please everyone and I think those people must be very hard to please or woke on the wrong side of the bed!!”

“From travel vaccinations to routine appointments I’ve visited the practice on several occasions over the last few months and can only say the experience has been excellent. Antonella and Jane are warm, friendly and very efficient, can usually get an appointment within 10 days for non-urgent or same day if urgent. Maybe things were better in a mythical past but hard pressed to find a GP surgery offering much better at present when stretched. Have had very good telephone appointments that were on time for things that don’t need to be seen in person and effective, on time in-person appointments. I’d read the reviews before moving into the area and St. John’s was one of the few places accepting patients, naturally was a bit concerned. The reality is on recent experience, this is a very good GP practice where you CAN get an appointment. Unrealistic expectations of a stretched service do not provide a representative view of the practice.”
