“My family and I have been seeing Dr Kunal Patel and Wendy the hygienist for 5 + years. They are both friendly, attentive and very professional. They always make you feel at ease and explain everything so well. Wendy is gentle but thorough, always leaves your teeth feeling clean. The front of house team are always helpful, patient and friendly. Thank you team Westbury!”

“Warm welcome from the reception staff and vets - very knowledgeable and friendly. There are separate waiting areas for cats and dogs either side of the reception area. The only drawback is the parking restrictions (see attached photo for parking times provided by the vet practice) but between 9.30am and 4.30pm is fine.”

“I had a routine check up at New Malden Smiles on 29th Feb 20 and was so impressed with Varsheet and his professionalism. Varsheet doesn't rush appointments and takes time to examine my teeth, comparing against previous appointments on his sophisticated imagery system. He assessed all aspects of my mouth including teeth, gum and bone health and complete a full oral cancer screen as standard. “Mrs Patel has been great to my little brother of 6 years old during this Corona period. With Tooth pain, as an adult, I would be able to handle it, but when it effects a child for days or weeks, its horrible. Mrs Patel has always gone over and beyond in agreeing to emergency appointments to going out of her way sometimes, or working out of hours. She is really good with children, and knows how to reassure them. She also takes the time to explain the tooth issue. If your seeing this Mrs Patel, please bring the stickers back for the kids :)”
