“NOT 5 STAR.... JUST SO YOU SEE IT. My mum wasn't allowed in with me, even after having a very bad panic attack and telling the nurse I suffer with anxiety. The security guard was letting some in whilst others had to wait outside in the cold. I had my blood pressure checked, still had it on my arm deflated. Was talking to my mum on the phone, one sassy male nurse asked me to get up and move seats as another wanted to use the blood pressure machine ( when I stood up I felt funny). I said "one sec", before I could say goodbye to my mum and slowly stand, he had ripped the arm band off and pulled the machine out the wall. Never met such a rude nurse, overall he had a terrible attitude. Sat there waiting for another 45 minutes in a different waiting room (a total of 7 hours). An older lady sat next to me and had been waiting 2 hours for a brain scan, when the xray guy asked if the sassy nurse could help undress her, he groaned and walked off. Another older person wanted their son with them whilst he was having a blood test, he was told "you don't need him, it's just a blood test". My bloods came back "normal" , and they didn't offer me a Covid test, but kept asking if I'd took one. Went to my GP, I have Covid and a Vitamin deficiency.... They didn't test for what I said could be wrong in the first place!!!! Dont trust these people, they are rude and don't care. No compassion. In the end I walked out. GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN!!!!!”

“I have been going here to see Mr Sethi for over 25 years when I first went I had a lot of work done on my teeth now I just go every 6 months for a chat & a scale & polish or a very minor teeth issues. Mr Sethi also cared for my husband he had radiotherapy to the mouth area & his teeth where in bad shape Mr Sethi fitted a bridge somehow as there wasn't many teeth to work with & it last for years till my husband lost his life. He & his wife helped me through my cancer treatment when I was on chemotherapy which can affect your teeth. fully recommend him and his team thank you so much for his work over the years. “Hygienist appointment this morning with Isobel was excellent. Not only did she apply a temporary filling (after consulting with another dental colleague) on a cracked tooth that conveniently happened last night, she also cleaned and polished my choppers that had only seen a toothbrush for many years. Her warm friendly informative manner and that of her dental nurse made the experience pleasurable….if visiting the dentist can be deemed so! Reception staff were equally pleasant and efficient, so take little heed in some of the older comments posted by others as it’s most likely staff have changed.”

“Yes, possibly the initial consultation at £70 with treatment included is a little expensive, but then if you're in constant pain, anything is worth a try. I had my first treatment and, unlike physio, where I felt better after the treatments, I noticed no difference. However, the following day, my back and nerve pain was dramatically better, unlike after ohysio when the pain usually returned the following day. The pain wasn't completely gone but the difference was dramatic. Now after 3 further treatments I've been able to return to work and am no longer in constant pain. I've even been back to the gym for the first time in two years! The Dr is very knowledgeable and the follow on treatments at £50 an hour are reasonable when compared to physiotherapy and osteopathy. I have quite a severe needle phobia, so for me to attend, much less recommend accuouncture, you can be sure that the treatments are well worth it.”
