Offered free drink by friendly staff from my accumulated points but disappointed that simply assumed I was taking out and served in cardboard cup (especially when customer's ahead had been served so carefully on a tray... Ali was in constant contact on our arrival back to Stansted a fortnight later and was there to pick us up bang on time although we had a slight delay with our flight.
