Michelle is very affectionate towards her and very meticulous with my dog’s haircut (as she has some bald patches). Michelle always asks what we’d like in terms of groom and always treats my dog with love!! Michelle is a very professional groomer and a lovely person too, I feel my dog is in very safe hands!!!”

“Mans Best Friend Kensington & Chelsea Doggy Daycare is beyond brilliant. I have been bragging at the local dog park about Emma and her amazing team of doggy carers!! My little frenchie “lulu” has been attending since she was 4 months old - it has helped her so much in terms of socialisation, positive behaviours, and stimulation!! Jake is her favourite human who collects her and brings her home each day & who she goes to for cuddles as often as possible!! Highly recommend this daycare (& I did a ton of research & trials before I chose these super dog heroes!).”

Zola is VERY excitable and a bit of a handful but the staff have always been really happy to see her and managed to do an amazing job of grooming her, despite how wriggly and giddy she is. She also leaves smelling amazing. We've recently moved away from London and have been struggling to find a groomers that matches up to the Dandy Hound - it's a gem!”

My fur baby is now 16 and has many health problems all in a sudden that I cannot deal with his groom by myself. However Tracy never turn me down and help as much as she could. “We tried this place for the first time last week and so glad we did. The staff were so good and looked after Mollie very well. The groom was amazing and she looked lovely when we picked her up. They had to deal with matting on her tail and ears that we had struggled with and they handled it extremely well. Will definitely be back.”

Always feel welcome and a great selection of toys and treats for our pup. Not to mention a conveniently located groomer downstairs! Highly recommend! ☺️”

“Extremely happy with the service and care of our cats. Before booking I was given a tour and was very impressed with the fact that there was air conditioning and heating available to suit different weather conditions. This cattery is a lovely family run business that continued care and accommodate our 2 cats even though we were hours late to collect them from their 8 days stay and at no extra cost. The cost was very reasonable and even though I had the full amount at time of booking only a deposit was asked of me. Will definitely use the service again in the future.”

“Quite a charming establishment and very friendly. I brought my Maine Coone in and he was treated really well. I was offered to stay (I didn’t) and Mister behaved really well with Isaac. He came in with matts which were dealt with and trimmed all over. Honestly the most satisfied I’ve been in the area considering there are barely any groomers left in fulham and putney that take cats.”
