We booked for a grooming for our puppy but she said because the puppy has a long travel a couple of days later and it involves some stress to her, it is better to postpone the job for another time after her travel. She didn’t charge us at all.”

This was a completely different experience compared to another local florist in Langley, who offered no condolences and just pointed me in the direction of a booklet. “Unreal hotel. My mom and I stayed 1 night here on our UK road trip. The property is gorgeous, the hotel itself is crazy beautiful. Every person who worked there was so nice to the both of us. I even got nice room upgrade to a cute suite. The bed was comfortable, the room was cozy and the shower was amazing. We love a waterfall shower. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast in the morning was delicious too!”

“Milo absolutely loves going to daycare - so much so he picks a toy to take with him every day and he carries his bag into the car. The staff in daycare and in the kennels are so friendly and really do care for the dogs. It has enabled my puppy to become more sociable with other dogs too. The only issue is entering the car park - it’s been really dangerous entering and leaving so when doing so please be careful as there is a major blind spot and the location is on a road that is national speed limit. Thank you so much for being so lovely to the dogs but also to the owners!”
