“Amazing experience. Spent a night in this hotel with my partner and the room was perfect. A beautiful and homey little room with a comfortable bed and clean bedding. The room was clean and the building was easy to get to with how close it is the the tube. I loved this room and the service was amazing. I accidentally left a Paddington Bear behind and contacted them immediately. They are holding him for us so we can pick him up. The staff here are responsive and so extremely kind. They are amazing people and this hotel is great! Thanks to the staff for providing this experience for myself and my fiance ❤”

Any issues I have with the property are professionally managed quickly, safety procedures on the property are up to date and carried out on time and the team are always so polite and understanding. “I booked a flight for 4 of us (2 adults 2kids) from London to Dubai to visit friends for the end of 2021 when I had thought we’d be in a good place with COVID. However, Dubai was moved to red and things were looking far from straightforward. Anyway, I phoned My round trips in may 2021 to see if I could cancel my flights, then rebook when the whole situation was clearer. I didn’t want to risk travelling with 2 small children, and certainly didn’t want to faff around with tests, quarantine etc. My round trips first offered me a voucher but I requested a refund. They confirmed quite quickly that that would be fine. I was told to call back in 6 weeks to claim it.I read a few reviews about My round trips so was feeling very skeptical that firstly I would actually get my money back, secondly that there would be a lengthy delay, or thirdly that I may be charged a whopping admin fee. However, much to my surprise I called back and was told to expect the money in 5-10 working days. Then 4 days later I received the refund in full. I am grateful to My round trips for helping us out so swiftly. I will definitely be booking with them again once the global situation stabilizes. Thanks again!”
