All the staff are helpful, friendly, efficient and polite. I always receive excellent treatment from Alex Gordon who explains each procedure and going to the dentist is no longer something I dread.”

Receptionists are really friendly to speak to and they are very accommodating. The practice is very busy but in my opinion, they manage it really well! “I stopped going for regular check ups due to a horrible dentist I had as I child. Then in my 20s I needed work doing so booked in new haw and it was the best division I made. The receptionist was and always has been kind, welcoming and always remembers me and now my kids. Never once have I walked into the receptionist and just sat there ignored like so many big practice do. I'm always feel welcome there. Sharaz, is my best dentist ever. She talks to you, asks about family, and treats you as a friend. She discussed my cleaning regime, and made me change my ways to prolong the decay of my teeth. She's quick and great my kids. I've been with this dentist for over 15 years now, I've moved twice - further away each time. I now live 10 miles away from them but still attend my 6monthly visits, because they are so great. Highly recommended.”

“It is not the practice’s fault that it is understaffed and trying to cope with a large capacity of patients. The system in place is the very best that can be offered at this time. Like most patients, I have to fill out submission forms and wait quite a while if I call but there has not been a single time my request hasn’t been met within the time frame promised. I know sometimes mistakes are made, but that happens to all of us. The staff and very helpful and polite. And if, in the past, there have been any problems, the practice has dealt with this swiftly.
