Gcr physiotherapy Romford
● Closed“Gavin was super helpful and could quickly spot my problem. He clearly explained to me what cause my injury and provide me treatment which did sooth my pain. I am continually doing the exercise that he taught me, my injured part has gone better and improved. I'd definitely recommend people to go to him if you are suffering any issue as he will help you fixing it. The most importantly is the cost is friendly and fair compared with any physios.”

SpineLab
● Closed“I first visited Carl at the SpineLab in 1998 with a persistent hamstring problem that I couldn't shake off. At the time I was playing league cricket so this was a big problem for me. I didn't know anything about Chiropractic at the time but was amazed that within a couple of visits my hamstring felt better and I was able to play well again. In 2005 I started to play league tennis and began to visit Carl on a monthly basis to stay fit and injury free. I am now in my mid 50s and am playing as well as I ever have - and I am absolutely convinced that the only reason I am able to do this is because of these regular Chiropractic visits. Carl treats not only the symptoms (for me usually tightness in my lower back, shoulders, and calf muscles) but addresses the causes of these issues. I cannot recommend him highly enough, especially for anyone who enjoys competitive sport and wants to continue this into middle age without injury!”

Brook Physiotherapy Ltd
● Closed“I have been a patient of Ian Cowell at Brook Physiotherapy for many, many years and that came after a recommendation. I have never known a physiotherapist who can shine a light anywhere near Ian. He is the absolute best and his practice is second to none. As well as being highly skilled, Ian and his team are honest and principled and always put patient care at the centre of everything they do. I simply can't recommend Ian and his team enough - it's a shame I only get to see Ian formally when there's something wrong!”

PhysioCubs - Children's Physiotherapy Practice
● Closed“We started working with Nisha about 6 months ago and I am really happy we found her! She is an excellent physiotherapist and she has helped my son tremendously! She managed to identify the main weakness of my son (while other physiotherapists failed to do so) and she has worked with him specific exercises which helped his development! She is very good with children and my son enjoys his sessions with her and likes her very much!”

JT Movement Therapy
● Closed“I went to Johnathan because I’d been diagnosed with a disk prolapse and was in intermittent, sometimes very limiting, pain. I’m really grateful for what he taught me in just a single session. It’s fundamentally changed how I respond to pain and stress in my body. He really listened to me, and made me feel very taken care of. We focused on how to calm down my central nervous system and my body’s defensive/inflammatory response to pain. I learned that it’s possible for me to disrupt pain signals and reduce the level of pain I’m feeling, and increase my ability to keep moving. I feel more in control physically, and confident, and as I say, I’m very grateful!”

Physiotherapy for Children
● Closed“My son was a very delayed walker and took his first steps at 2 years 3 months. After months of worrying and visits to hopsital physios I went to Physiotherapy for Children on a recommendation. They were extremely helpful and encouraging both for George's physical development and his parents' peace of mind. I would highly recommend them for their paediatric care. Miranda”
