“Meat lovers’ paradise. The Fassona beef is the star here. Matured for a very very long time. Best enjoyed as a shared rib of T bone. Pasta and Tuna dishes also available. Great service, always, from friendly staff. Daniel ordered in some off-menu Bottarga (tuna roe) as I mentioned how much I had enjoyed it on a previous visit. Great wine list with excellent house wine. Not cheap but then true quality never is.”

“Found on a rainy London evening. Had a warm vibe to the place. Played sport on the big screen and what looked like a great selection of beers. Food choice was good. Thoroughly enjoyed the burnt ends. Slightly on the pricy side at 25 a main dish. Service was friendly and has window seats so you can watch the world go by. Only drawbacks were that there were no toilets on the first floor that could make disabled access difficult. There is a seating area downstairs so for families could be difficult with prams”

“Deliciously tasty, high quality, loaded Italian pizza. I had the Asparagi version which was possibly the nicest pizza I have ever had. The others had the San Daniele which was also fantastic. Thin, with perfectly crispy edges. Extremely reasonable prices.”

“used to live very near here and my partner and I would order multiple times a week and it was worth it every time! We’ve been ordering from them for almost three years now and have tried very many of their dishes (seafood and chicken only, we don’t eat beef or pork). Everything we have is so good and I can’t recommend it enough. It always arrives quickly even if they say that it’ll take 45 minutes sometimes and even with the longer wait times, they arrive warm. Since we’re regulars, they give us prawn crackers for free once in a while and it’s very well appreciated!”

“This tiny shop was on my to do list for quite a while and today came here for the first time with my friends! The BBQ kit on the table is amazing. With the self-turning skewers, you don't really have to worry about whether the meat will be evenly grilled or not. The service is helpful as the staff are super experienced and they check each table all the time to make sure no one eats raw food. Apart from BBQ, there are other classic Korean dishes available as well. The menu is not long but well thought out. Will definitely come back.”

“Amazing hidden restaurant in the outskirts of London. Ask to go to the bar before being seated and you will be taken to a hidden room with amazing cocktails and fantastic wines. Afterwards you can enjoy crazy good Dumplings and Crab Fried Rice.”

“Such a great place for noodles! We tried the biangbiang noodles and they were amazing! Not easy to eat and they might put up a fight - especially if you're not skilled with chopsticks - but full of flavour and with an amazing texture. You can customise your toppings and level of spice which was handy. Definitely try their local cocktails as well as they're delicious and go well with the noodles.”

“For years my go to Chinese was another restaurant on Tower Bridge Rd, but their prices were getting a bit steep so recently decided to give Cheung Wah a go. Pleased to say the standard of food is as good as where I used to go and you get bigger portions for less money. I phoned ahead and my order was ready to collect in 15 mins. Only downside is it’s a cash only business - so can can’t pay by bank card. I notice however that online delivery services we’re collecting too - so I assume other payment methods are available if you use them. Cheung Wah is now my first choice for Chinese takeaway.”
