Tomasz was the member of staff who looked after me (and others) during a very busy period in the shop. He was very helpful and patient as I tried to find boots that fit, and then organised an order for home delivery for me when the I found the boots but they did not have the colour I preferred in stock.”

“My elderly parents boiler broke in the coldest week we’ve had this year, I called James up on the Monday evening, he was very accommodating and came over to see if he could fix it first thing in the morning the next day. It was a fairly old boiler and needed replacing but the guys had one in stock and managed to slot us in with such short notice. Polite, friendly chaps and they were on time and responsive. Cheers G”
