Ordered all items for 2 bathrooms and a WC, now looking at getting some kitchen items from them as well. Roman attended and cleaned the area that was jammed and got this working again however the part was old and this then broke thereafter, we called and Roman came back with the replacement part and fixed this for us without any issues, I am extremely happy with Roman and the work completed. Roman also entered the house with shoe protect covers on as well to ensure no dirt was taken throughout the house. Very lovely gent”
