We bought our German kitchen and all the electric equipment which was designed and supplied by Prestige and fitted by our own carpenter, but the team paid undivided attention during the fitting process and ensured we were happy with the outcome at every step of the way. During the fitting period, we encountered a little issue to which Mohammed came directly to the site to address the issue and gave his professional advise to assess and correct the matter (even though the sale been completed). The team worked very closely with our fitters and Mohammed visited the project at different occasions to make sure everything was fitted clinically. Overall, amazing service and outstanding professionalism, would always recommend such good service to anyone buying a new kitchen and would always use them if l ever I have another opportunity to buy new kitchen. “Ricky came initially for a boiler breakdown repair and having made me aware of the parts needed and gave me the quote which was very reasonable, I instructed him to proceed but that’s when the sourcing of the boiler parts became a problem. I have an old boiler and Ricky uses an App to order the necessary parts from a large selection of stockists but over 25 companies were contacted and none of them had the required parts, the only way left was to go direct to the manufacturer but the delivery time was going to be at least 2 weeks so I decided to have a new boiler installed instead. Two days later and job done and a now I have a more efficient boiler with a long warranty. Professionally done and no issues in accommodating me with a couple of other issues that I had. I have no hesitation in recommending him as I was very pleased and will continue using him in the future for all my projects and repairs.”

“It has been roughly 11 months and we are very happy with the new walk-in shower! The old one was leaking and was making a huge mess, so we urgently needed to have it replaced. Dan did an amazing job of working around the existing bathroom to give us everything that we needed for my disabled father. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and he worked around our tight budget. Dan was also happy to help us with fitting products for a disabled person. The project took a little over 3 months and we needed drying time to air out the dampness between the shower room and kitchen below, but Dan kindly fitted us into his busy schedule so the work could be done as soon as possible. Dan worked quickly to replace the damp floor with new non slip tiles, installed a new extractor fan, new toilet and shower screen, and even fitted a unit for us. Both bathroom and kitchen were finished with paint and sealant. After a few weeks, we noticed leaking again, and it turns out it was because of some cracks in the wall tiles. Dan came back to sealed them up for us, and since then we haven’t had any leaks!”
