“I have been taking my child to Tappy Toes in Rickmansworth for the last 2 years. The lessons are just the right length and structure, giving little ones a chance to enjoy the music and dancing, but also learn to listen to instruction along the way. We didn't go for the online Zoom classes during Covid as that didn't work for us, but I appreciated that Tappy Toes were making an effort to bring the dance classes into families' homes and I thought the price they offered for the virtual classes was very reasonable. Since being back in person, I have felt very happy. All adults wear face masks, there are individual spots for each carer/child to dance around and hand sanitiser available. The door was also left open allowing fresh air to flow. We had the chance to purchase our own prop bag (pom poms, dance ribbon) which we liked (and the cost was again, reasonable), but they do have props on hand should you not go for this or forget. I should also mention that my child found going back to class difficult and the team at Tappy Toes dealt with this very sensitively and proactively. I would definitely recommend them.”

“My experience with Georgina was excellent! I had an amazing full body massage followed by a lovely facial which was so relaxing. Finally I had a pedicure which again was brilliant so not only do my feet look amazing, but my body and skin feel fabulous and glowing! Georgina is lovely and easy to chat too as well, thanks again! “My name is Nicole and the Thrive Program with Simon was highly recommended to me by a mutual acquaintance. I’ve been “managing” various anxieties and phobias for most of my life and had been looking for healing for many years. Although counseling had been helpful, it seemed to me to be too slow and I had come to a place of wanting to make long lasting changes. I have come to realize that so many beliefs and thoughts I’d had about myself and the world had been self defeating and sabotaging. “I'd had terrible problems with a pain in my right leg. I'd visited a chiropractor, who following 5 treatments, had left me with continuous pain. I ended up having spinal surgery, due to a prolapsed disc in my L2/3 region. I was reluctant to have anybody else touch my back, following my bad experience. The hospital said that I should have physiotherapy. I found TP&RC on the chartered society of physiotherapists website. I've had 2 sessions so far with Nadine & can so far say what a fantastic improvement in my mobility. Still a long way to go.
