“I attended the Les Mills Launch last weekend. The energy and enthusiasm of the instructors Tara, Lidiya, Dan and the rest of the crew was amazing. so lucky to have such fantastic instructors and I look forward to continuing on my fitness path with them and trying out some of the new classes. The club has undergone a refurbishment recently and new equipment is being added. Great gym, terrific instructors and really helpful gym and reception staff”

“The gym here is really good! It's incredibly spacious and filled with really good quality equipment! The gym classes are also very helpful and the professional trainers are very friendly and motivating towards anyone wanting to hit their goals. The swimming pool gives it the finishing touch where again its spacious and you can swim at pretty much anytime that's convenient for you. 5 stars!”

“Been a Gym member here for years. It's very small, but perfect if you want to use good equipment mostly on your own. The staff are all very friendly and on hand if needed. Added Bonus is the Barn for lovely coffee and the girls are great.”

“I went to this practice as I was having problems with my neck on my 4th visit the physio told me she thought I had Dystonia and I need to see my GP. After a referral to a neurologist I was told I had Dystonia. I recommend this place as they are not after money but genuinely want to help”

“I first came to Renie about a couple of months ago because I had been suffering from severe anxiety and panic attacks for the previous two years. Renie did hypnotherapy on me and then BWRT for the remainder of the course. She also gave me some BWRT homework which I found really helpful and I will continue to practice the activity. My family and friends have said since my therapy sessions that it’s like the old, positive me is back. I do feel so much better in myself and I’m very grateful for that. I can’t recommend the therapy enough! Renie as a person makes you feel really comfortable and is always pleasant to speak with.”

“There are bad reviews about this surgery but I would like to sing their praises. I went to the surgery today with my daughter who had a flu jab at 8.00a.m. My appointment was 1.00p.m. but Doctor Eliad was prepared for me to have my vaccination early, due to being with my Daughter. Whilst I was there an elderly gentleman needed a prescription, he was told to go to the pharmacist and explain that he needed an urgent prescription. The gentleman explained to Doctor Eliad that the pharmacist is not normally helpful. Doctor Eliad said he would put the computer on specially to send a prescription through to the pharmacist. That is what I call “going beyond the call of duty, on a Saturday. Thank you Garston Medical Centre.”
