“I was having back & neck issues due to trapped nerve/s leading to tingling hands and foot. Martina was thorough, knowledgable and supportive. She would work on getting mobility and give me stretches & exercises as needed that fit my schedule to help me progress. Part way through the series I booked with her I fractured my ankle, and she just adjusted my exercises so I could continue manage my initial issues (where those symptoms were 90% resolved and up to me to manage ingoing) then also helped in managing and treating my foot too.
