Martina was thorough, knowledgable and supportive. She would work on getting mobility and give me stretches & exercises as needed that fit my schedule to help me progress. Part way through the series I booked with her I fractured my ankle, and she just adjusted my exercises so I could continue manage my initial issues (where those symptoms were 90% resolved and up to me to manage ingoing) then also helped in managing and treating my foot too. It doesn’t hurt at all and afterwards, you can bung on a bit of makeup and go about your day, looking and feeling revitalised. There’s a little tenderness and minor swelling (very small and not noticeable except to me) for a few days but from moment you have the treatment, it just keeps getting better and better. My skin is more taut, my face less saggy and I just look bright eyed and bushy tailed. The results keep coming for some months and the effects last years - I mean, literally years. Come in, it’d be rude not to do it!!”
