There was an occasion when there was an issue with the PCR test, the Pharmacist took charge and resolved it, within 10 minutes a correct certificate was issued. This is exactly the sort of service one wants from a local Pharmacist, thank you Miles Pharmacy.”

I phoned ahead to make sure clinic was running and was advised that queuing could be up to 2 hours as booked appts have priority. However I was told pm was quieter. Well done to all involved, fast friendly and efficient. Well done for all the hard work, the nhs app doesn't find you on the postcode search and I'm guessing with the word out there you are probably servicing most of Kent! Absolutely 5 star service :-) Update : Once again Ham Parade Pharmacy proved that their service is second to none - delivering my medication on New Year's Eve, before I was due to leave on holiday and unable to get to the pharmacy.
