“Update: Our much loved dog, Zulu, passed away this week at the age of 15. The Neighbourhood Vets were always there for him and provided superb care. They helped him to get to a grand old age and I will always be thankful to them for that. Great service, and very knowledgeable vets. They even offer coffee and biscuits while you wait, very glad they came to Penge.”

“Great team who always make you feel welcome. I came in on the wrong day for my appointment (right day of the week, wrong week) and they were still able to accommodate me and my little patient, Oreo. (An 8-year-old cat.) He had a bloody lip from an indolent ulcer, and were able to get that fixed up and advise me on a course to handle these going forward. Very thankful to have a vet nearby that is truly excellent, helpful and understanding. Can't recommend them enough.”

Not only covering advice to make his trip easier but also things we can do beforehand and ways to put him into the carrier easier. My appointment was rescheduled to be earlier as the vet wasn't feeling well. But I didn't mind as the vet's love for her job and customer service skills shone through despite feeling unwell.”

The staff at Vetcall sent a lovely condolences card, and Stephen rang on 26/10/22 to give his very valuable opinions on what may have happened. “excellent customer service ! I want to thank the staff working their through the covid-19 crisis it's not just the NHS looking after our loved ones. I phoned them up Yesterday as my 8 week old puppy was having tummy problems he wouldn't move, wouldn't eat or drink. I got a call back about 45 minutes later from the vet who was very friendly and professional, She asked me to send some pictures to help with a diagnosis which I did and got a reply back very quickly. She arranged an emergency appointment for a couple of hours later. When I arrived the reception staff were delightful and the vet took great care of our little one who was back on his feet playing, eating and drinking very soon after. They also called back today to check on him. I feel it was great value for money and will always be going back. Thanks Lizzie, Lucy and there was another lady I didn't catch her name !”

We have always received first class service and standard and I know this to be the case for so many customers, they rave about coming to Groomers On The Green! They have been part of the foundation of Brookmans Park for over 10 years and care about their standard, customers and community with everyday they work and every member of the team takes such pride with each and every furry friend that comes through their door. I particularly appreciate how accommodating and flexible they are as they understands plans can changed, appointments may be cancelled or I might get stuck and can't collect my boys on time, they have never charged a fee for this or taken a deposit which I understand other places to (which i understand). I highly recommend this grooming parlour and look forward to being a customer of theirs for another 15 years and more!”
