“We held a charity Ladies Lunch and Fashion Show at the newly refurbished Holiday Inn, Shepperton, and it was amazing. From the initial contact and throughout the process all requests/arrangements were met with a positive ‘no problem’ attitude. Under the leadership of the amazing Sandra the whole team were warm, friendly and professional throughout the day. Rooms were provided for the models and choir to get ready in and the main event took place in a beautifully prepared dining room. Nearly 150 guests dined on fantastic food - all delicious, promptly served, and the hot food was hot! This is an annual event, but our first time at this venue, and we will certainly be back - our guests will insist on it! Well done and our grateful thanks to everyone involved. “My Cockapoo Reggie loves going to Pawfect Companions - he is always so excited when I drop him off! It is also lovely to see all of the photos and videos of the dogs playing and doing activities. Reggie is also groomed at Pawfect Companions and they always do a great job I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone with dogcare or grooming needs.”

“A great inexpensive hotel. Service was a little slow at times as they seemed short staffed. The same guy checked us in, was later behind the bar and waiting tables for dinner, and was also single-handedly running the front of house for breakfast. Our room was clean and modern. There was a hair dryer but no safe. There are a few shops very close by, but apart from that there's nothing of interest in the local area. The hotel is a good option as a stopover or to use as a base as it's near major roads.”

Pepsi my schnauzer looked fabulous for her romantic walk in the park she had arranged later that day with George the bulldog. “Room is warm. Bathroom is very practical. Breakfast at £9.75 is worth it as it's just a lift journey to it. Hotel staff are helpful. It's good as your left alone by everyone & you can come & go as you please?”
