We could see when we came to collect them that not only had they been exceptionally well cared for but that they were exceptionally happy and had clearly had the most wonderful holiday too! They came back clean, having been washed and groomed there too, they had lots of exercise and plenty of play sessions. We would not go on holiday without our dogs if we could not leave them with Mandy at the Elm Tree Pet Hotel.”

“Amazing place for almost all your aquatic and pond needs. Big selection of aquariums, tropical fish range is amazing. Cold water range is vast considering the limitations or cold water options. Plants, stones, bog wood, lots of tropical plants, tank accessories, fish food. Marine options are not vast but there is a decent collection or corals and fish. Fish lovers will love this place and in beautiful wild surrounds.”

“Lynsey provided excellent pet taxi service taking my rats to the vet, much better than faffing with taxis or buses as I don't drive and the exotics vet they need is 20 mins drive away. It meant my rats got to travel in a nice, air-conditioned van on an incredibly hot day and I got to stay safely at home rather than risking coronavirus. It's such a relief to have a safe way to get them to the vet. I found the service very competitively priced compared to taxis and Lynsey has been very responsive in communications throughout - very handy when I needed to organise three appointments in a row with a vet with limited working hours. This hotel is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be disappointed. Was a perfect base for working at the London Film Studios. We did upgrade to a premier plus room as would be there 3 nights and it was exactly as described. Reception staff were helpful with extending our stay and making sure the room was kept refreshed.”

“I hardly ever leave reviews, but for Halo I'm willing to make an exception. Poppy's been a regular for the last 18 months and absolutely loves it. She always comes back exhausted from her endeavours and is always so excited when there's a knock at the door and she realises who it is. You get the whole end-to-end service with Halo - they pick up and drop off, super reliable and super friendly whatever the weather. Although it's mainly daycare, she's been for a few longer stints too, including when we've been away on holiday - and it's so good to know she's safe and well and happy.”

“Fabulous training! I highly recommend Muddy Muttleys. Clare and her team provide encouragement and great advice alongside the practical training of both dog and owner! We had group and 1-1 plus a confidence walk. I feel so much more relaxed waking our very lively Labrador and can now enjoy taking her out without worrying.”

“Elmtree doggy daycare is absolutely fantastic. Mungo has been going since he was 15 weeks old and he loves it. He gets so excited when the van arrives to collect him that it's hard to get his lead on as he wriggles so much! I can see from the photos and videos they send that he is clearly very happy there, and I know he is in good hands. I would definitely recommend Elmtree.”

“Susan and Linda always go the extra mile to help us with our dog Pancho. He can be a handful, but I never worry when he is in their care. Their love and understanding of dogs and dog's needs is obvious, they are not just a boarding service, they truly look after your dog's best interest, even if it requires extra time and effort, they don't give up, and that makes them quite unique.
